Motijheel building fire under control

A fire that broke out at DR Tower in Dainik Bangla intersection of Dhaka's Motijheel area this afternoon has been brought under control.

Eight units of firefighters brought the blaze under control around 3:30pm, around  40 minutes after its inception at the multi-storeyed building, sources at the Fire Service and Civil Defence said.

Further details of the incident could not be known immediately.
