5th National English Carnival to kick off Feb 7
Notre Dame English Club (NDEC) has proudly announced that their premier and flagship event of the year 'IFIC Bank Presents the 5th National English Carnival 2019 powered by The Daily Star', is going to be held from February 7 to 9, 2019.
From its inception, NDEC is determined to make the young learners overcome their fear for English with enjoyable and dynamic events. The tagline of this carnival is '#LiveTheLegacy'.
The prevoius four sessions have been immensely successful, so it is hoped that this year it is going to be bigger and better, according to a press release from the organisation.
Like the previous sessions, this edition of NEC is back with some fascinating and brainstorming events.
There are 15 events for participating in. There are both individual and team events.
The events are as follows: English Olympiad, Spell Master, Word Play, Multimedia Presentation, Extempore Speech, Turn Coat, Instant Story Writing, Wall Magazine, Scrapbook, Game of Thrones Quiz, Recitation, Parody News Reading, Composition Submission, Literature Quiz and Mega Quiz.
Game of Thrones Quiz and Mega Quiz are special additions to the events this year. These events are aimed to help the students overcome the fear of English in an enjoyable as well as competitive environment and explore their latent creativity, says the release.
NDEC has always been able to create a vibrant atmosphere for the youths to learn something new in an intriguing way. NDEC welcomes young and exuberant learners to join this venture.
