Death anniversary

Today is the fourth death anniversary of Afaj Uddin Ahmed, an educationist.

On this occasion, a doa mahfil will be held at his village home in Mojumdarhat area of Sunderganj upazila in Gaibandha.

He died due to old-age complications in 2013 at the age of 102.

He was the maternal grandfather of Mamun-ur-Rashid, Bogra correspondent of The Daily Star.
