3-day book fair begins at CU

A three-day book fair on the occasion of Independence Day began at Chittagong University (CU) yesterday.
A total of 14 renowned publications houses of the country took part in the fair organised by CU Prothom Alo Bandhushobha at the university's Buddhijibi Chattar.
CU Pro Vice-Chancellor Iftekhar Uddin Chowdhury inaugurated the fair where Law Faculty Dean Abdullah Al Faruk, syndicate member Masum Ahmed and Prothom Alo Joint-Editor Biswajit Chowdhury, were present.
