Surf Excel launches ‘Excel Champs’ to promote holistic child development through play

Surf Excel, a brand widely recognized for its tough stain removal capabilities, has introduced its newest initiative, Excel Champs, at a high-profile event held at The Westin Dhaka. 

The platform is designed to foster holistic child development by focusing on four essential pillars: physical, cognitive, creative, and social skills.

The launch event was attended by principals from leading schools, renowned psychologists, and key influencers, who emphasized the crucial role of play in shaping a child's future. Speakers highlighted how structured play contributes to critical life skills, enhances mental health, and strengthens overall well-being.

An alarming statistic was brought to light during the event—75% of children today are missing out on the benefits of play due to increased screen time and limited outdoor activities. Surf Excel aims to address this growing concern by encouraging children to engage in activities that help build resilience, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and creativity.

As part of the initiative, Excel Champs will host an interschool competition open to students from Classes 3 to 5. The event will provide a platform for children to showcase key moments of growth achieved through play.
