Smart Society launched to impart free training at BRUR

A new organisation, Skills Management and Research Training Society (Smart Society) has been launched at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR) to impart training on various pre-employment training in various skills to students free of cost, said a press release.

Teacher of Mass Communication and Journalism Mahamudul Haque, also chief patron and chief adviser of Smart Society, declared the name of the not-for-profit and non-political organisation and its convening committee at BRUR on Saturday evening.

Raju Ahmed and Mobesser Ahmed Shipon, both are students of the university, have been made the convenerand office secretary of the committee respectively.

The organisation will also provide certificates after completion of each training workshop.
