Pak cricket team in city

Pakistan cricket team, led by new ODI skipper Azhar Ali, arrived in Dhaka yesterday amidst tight security to play a full series against Bangladesh.

The visitors will start their campaign with a one-day warm-up game against a BCB XI tomorrow at the Fatullah Cricket Stadium.

The three-match ODI series will kick off on April 17 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, where the two other limited-overs matches will also take place on April 19 and 22.

Pakistan will travel to Khulna after playing the lone T20 International on April 24, also in Mirpur, to play the first Test, starting from April 28, of the two-match series.

The second and final Test will also be held at Mirpur from May 6.
