Bangladesh’s BPL outfit Comilla Victorians signed Australia’s disgraced former skipper Steve Smith for the upcoming edition of the Bangladesh Premier League BPL), scheduled to start on January 6 next year, Victorians coach Mohammad Salahuddin confirmed to The Daily Star today.

The sixth edition of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) will begin from January 5 next year with defending champions Rangpur Riders taking on Chittagong Vikings in the opening game at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.
