A totally different Bangladesh were seen during their innings and 106-run victory against the 11th ranked Test side Zimbabwe that came on the fourth day of their lone Test at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur today.

Bangladesh, who lost their last six Tests -- five of them by innings margin with one being a 224-run thumping by rookie Afghans in September last year -- dominated in all departments as they crushed the visitors to break the jinx.

However, apart from the Tigers' approach, there was one other thing that was different from usual. Bangladesh skipper Mominul Haque used to don jersey number 68 but the left-hander was seen playing the Zimbabwe Test with number seven on his back.

"My wife suggested me to wear the number seven jersey. She said that the number '07' looks good on me. So that's why I changed my shirt number," said Mominul during an informal conversation with the reporters after the post-match press conference.

Mominul captained Bangladesh in four Tests and this is his first Test win as a captain. Aside from a collective team effort, it was maybe the jersey number that did the trick for Mominul.
