‘Apparent that married life will bring changes’

"I was thinking that I was playing my first match since tying the knot and was focused on that," player of the match Soumya Sarkar began during the press conference following Bangladesh's 48-run win against Zimbabwe in the first T20I today.
The cricketer had gotten married to bride Priyonti Debnath Pooja on 26th February at Khulna.
Soumya had missed out on preparation camps for the Zimbabwe series and also the final round of the Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL) as he was tied up with wedding festivities till February 29th. Meanwhile Liton Das and Tamim Iqbal had both been in form in the recent ODI series, both scoring two tons each. Soumya needed to find some form and he said that watchinng Liton bat had given him the impetus to play a scorching knock as well.
"Obviously I had the drive to do well [after watching Liton]. I have seen their bowlers not bowling that well in the slog overs during the ODIs. So my plan was to go to the last five overs and go deep and if I get one [big] over, I will be able to cover some runs," he said.
Asked about changes that married life is bringing him with Liton amongst the runs since his wedding, Soumya replied: "It's only been a few days since the wedding and I have only played one match but I think it's apparent that things are going to change."
