Recruit more Bangladeshis
President Zillur Rahman yesterday urged Malaysia to recruit more skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower from Bangladesh to help contribute to the country's socio-economic development.
The request came when newly appointed High Commissioner of Malaysia to Bangladesh Norlin Binti Othman presented her credentials to the president at Bangabhaban in the capital.
During the meeting, Zillur Rahman said Malaysia can take more skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower from Bangladesh.
Welcoming the new high commissioner, the president mentioned about the excellent bilateral relations that exist between Bangladesh and Malaysia.
Norlin Binti Othman said Malaysia is keen to increase trade and commercial activities with Bangladesh and to extend its cooperation for the infrastructural development in Bangladesh.
