Two killed in road accidents

Two people were killed and two others injured in separate road accidents in Sirajganj and Gaibandha yesterday.
Our Sirajganj correspondent reports: Motorcyclist Jhantu Roy, 20, son of Dulal Roy, was killed and two others were injured when a bus hit his bike at Shahebganj Bazar in Rayganj upazila of the district yesterday noon.
The injured Krishna Roy, 19, and Sumon Roy, 20, were admitted to Sirajganj General Hospital.
In Gaibandha, a couch ran over school girl Sima Begum, 12, killing her on the spot on Bogra-Rangpur highway at Moheshpur in Palashbari upazila yesterday afternoon.
Following the accident, locals blocked the road.
