3 injured in crude bomb attacks
At least three people, including two police constables, were injured in separate crude bomb attacks in Dhaka and Khulna this evening.
A youth was injured when miscreants exploded some three crude bombs in front of Chhobir Haat at Dhaka University around 7:30pm.
Inspector Mozammel Haque, DMCH police camp in-charge, told The Daily Star that Tohar Hossain was admitted to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
In Khulna, two police constables were injured as miscreants threw cocktail targeting on-duty policemen at Khulna Book Fair premises around 8:40pm, reports our local correspondent.
Police constables Shimul and Dilip were admitted to Khulna Medical College Hospital with leg injuries.
Meanwhile, in the capital’s Mirpur-10 intersection, miscreants set fire to a Shikhor Paribahan bus around 8:15pm.
No one was injured in the incident, fire service official said.
