Two workers die from electrocution in capital

Two construction workers died from electrocution while another was injured at Islambagh in Old Dhaka yesterday.
Asadul, 20, and Khada, 26, were declared dead at Dhaka Medical College Hospital from where Md Rubel took treatment.
The incident occurred when five workers lifted an iron rod which accidentally touched a live wire of a nearby electric pole, said Rubel, adding that the two others did not get hurt as they were in sandals.
The bodies are kept at the hospital morgue for autopsies, said police.
