Plots for expatriates

I am an expatriate Bangladeshi professional working in the UK. In response to the advertisement of Rajuk, I have applied for a plot. I came to know from a recent newspaper news that only 10% of the plots would be allocated to expatriates which is far less than the previous quota.
Provided the increasing foreign exchange contributions and government pledge regarding welfare of expatriates, this decision really hurts thousands like me. We are not happy with the government decision and demand an increase of quota for this category.
Could I request you to convey this message to the authorities concerned through your newspaper?
