Md Shah Alam, deputy inspector general of railway police, has been appointed additional IGP of Special Branch, Dhaka.

Monirul Islam, additional inspector general of police (special branch) has been appointed additional IGP, Police Headquarters.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (Public Security Division) informed of the appointments in a circular today.
