‘Reckless riding’: 2 teenagers dead, 1 injured in Gaibandha motorcycle accident

Two unidentified teenagers were killed and one was injured in a motorcycle accident in Gaibandha's Gobindaganj upazila this morning.

The trio, aged around 16-18, were going in the direction of Panitola area from Rajabirat by motorcycle when their vehicle hit the milestone beside the road around 10:30am, reports our local correspondent quoting eye-witnesses.

"The accident happened due to recklessness," said Mahmudul Hasan Liton, an eyewitness of the accident.

Inspector Milon Chatterjee, officer-in-charge (OC) Boiragihat Police Investigation Centre, said they have heard the news.

Police are investigating the incident, he added.
