Why can't our leaders set such examples?
Recently the roof of Maxim Supermarket in Riga, Latvia (a small Baltic state of only two million people) collapsed and 59 people were killed. The prime minister of the state resigned; not that he had anything to do with the collapse. It was a symbolic gesture to show his concern.
In one of our neighbouring state a girl was raped and badly mauled. The prime minister took the responsibility of sending her to Singapore for treatment.
Eight people have been killed when a helicopter plunged into a busy Glasgow pub. Scottish flags in government buildings were flown at half-mast for the rest of the week.
Do such incidents at home create any sympathy in the mind of the people masquerading as the keepers of our country?
