Number of GPA-5 securers falls significantly in Dinajpur

The number of GPA-5 achievers fell to 3,433 this year from 5,009 last year in the HSC examinations under the Dinajpur education board.
The pass rate also declined to 71.94 percent, down 3.47 percentage points from 75.41 percent last year.
Girls outshined boys in terms of the pass rate, which is 74.17 percent and 69.70 percent respectively.
Rangpur Cadet College topped the list of 20 leading institutions, with all 47 examinees achieving GPA-5. It is followed by Cantonment Public School and College, Rangpur; Cantonment Public School and College, Dinajpur; Saidpur Government Technical High School and College, Nilphamari; and Dinajpur Government College.
