ANIME REVIEW

Maid Sama!

Alternate Title: Kaichō wa Maid-sama!
For all anime lovers a kawaii anime is a must. And if you want to watch a funny and girly anime then here's the perfect one for you – “Kaicho Wa Maid Sama”.
It used to air on Animax way back in 2010. But I can't forget this anime. It has 27 episodes. The main characters are Takumi Usui and Misaki Ayuzawa. Other characters include: Sakura (Misaki's best friend), Honoka and Erkia (Misaki's coworkers), Suzuna (Misaki's younger sister), Hyoudou (Misaki's boss), Yukimura (the vice president of Seika High, the school Misaki goes to) and Igarashi (the villain who tries to harass Misaki all the time). There's also the “Idiot Trio” -- the funniest characters in this anime.
maidMisaki is the heroine of this series. She lives with her mother and younger sister. Misaki's father abandoned them, for which she hates boys and cannot trust them. The other protagonist, Takumi, is a mysterious boy. Silent but slightly dangerous. He's the dream boy of every single girl at Seika High. But the only girl who can change his attitude is Misaki. Though Misaki always says she hates Takumi, she secretly likes him. This is evident when she talks and acts awkwardly around him. This awkwardness aside, Misaki is the most talented girl in her school. She's the president of Seika High. This school recently became co-ed and boys are rowdy. Misaki is always seen protecting girls.
Misaki's tough-as-nails attitude toward boys earns her the nickname “demon president”. She harbours a secret -- working part-time at a maid café. Takumi is attracted to her tough attitude and eventually he learns about her secret. Misaki gets worried that word might get out and her peers might humiliate her.
Can Misaki trust Takumi? Do they become friends or more? Does she manage to fulfil her goal of getting the rowdy boys to accept the new female students as peers in school? To get these answers, check out this anime.
P.S. Season 2 of “Maid Sama” NEEDS to happen.
