Ansar Ali Siddique
Ansar Ali Siddique, former state minister for Irrigation, Water Development and Flood Control, also a BNP leader, died of old age complications in the capital's Birdem Hospital yesterday. He was 80.
His namaz-e-janaza was held at Darus Salam Mosque in Uttara after Asr prayers yesterday.
In a statement, BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia expressed deep shock at his death and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members.
