Conference on interventional cardiology held in Dhaka

With a view to improve skills and enhance knowledge to fight heart diseases better, interventional cardiologists around the world congregated in 3rd International BIT Congress held at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka, Bangladesh on February 8-9, 2013.
The conference was organised by Bangla Inter-ventional Therapeutics (BIT), a platform of Inter-ventional Cardiologists to reduce the burden of the heart diseases and help people live with a healthy heart.
Renowned cardiologists of Bangladesh Prof. Afzalur Rahman, the Course Director of BIT and Dr. Rabin Chakraborti, another course Director from India said that BIT is moving ahead to meet the demand of skilled manpower and promote best practice in this region through training and education. This congress helps participants to learn from face-to-face interaction with world leaders in interventional cardiology by sharing breakthroughs and promising solutions of interventional cardiology to develop a common protocol for the management and treatment of heart diseases.
