Death anniversary

Today is the 23 rd death anniversary of Dr Sayed Anwar Ali, freedom fighter, says a press release.
He is one of the founders of Shwadhin Bangla Betar Kendra. He is also one of the broadcasters of the proclamation of independence of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on March 26 in 1971 from Kalur Ghat in Chittagong.
On the occasion, special prayers will be offered at his grave at Banani Graveyard in the city and qurankhwani, milad mahfil will be held at his residence in Chittagong.
