Nine on joint lead

Nine players, including defending champions Abdullah Al Saif, kept their winning run in the third round of the 32nd National Junior Chess Championship at the Bangladesh Chess Federation yesterday.
The third win in a row meant all nine players; namely Saif, last year's runner-up Ekramul Haque Siam, sub-junior champion Fahadur Rahman, Palash Kumar, Shimul, Emdadul, Avijeet and Amena Khatun shared the lead with three points each. Ataur is in the second place with 2.5 points while 25 players shared the third place with two points each.
