The company has recommended 10 percent cash dividend and 25 percent stock dividend (1 bonus share for every 4 shares held) for the year ended on June 30, 2010. MEGHNA PETROLEUM
The company has requested shareholders to collect their dividend warrants for the year ended June 30, 2009 from September 26 to September 29 from its registered office in Chittagong, Sylhet and from the office of deputy general manager at Meghna Bhaban in Dhaka, for Dhaka, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal and NRB shareholders. No dividend warrants will be issued in favour of shareholders maintaining accounts with banks having on-line facilities.
