A pick-up unloading crates and sacks near a sign that says “vehicles not allowed to stay stationary”; a woman dropped off of a bus getting ready with her bags to cross the road; and another man nonchalantly walking on top of the divider -- all taking place at the mouth of the Mayor Hanif Flyover in the capital’s Jatrabari area yesterday morning. Such carelessness by drivers and pedestrians alike can lead to major accidents.
