A shallow engine-run three-wheeler drives onto the Dhaka-Sylhet Highway in Narayanganj’s Rupganj. Although movement of three-wheelers on highways is prohibited, such vehicles ply different highways defying the ban, putting people at risk of accidents. The photo was taken yesterday morning.
