This is Milon Chattar, a memorial to Dr Shamsul Alam Khan Milon, who laid down his life on this day 25 years ago in the fight against military dictatorship of Ershad. And today is his death anniversary. Floral wreaths will be placed at the Milon Chattar on Dhaka University campus to honour his sacrifice.
