The exhibition presents around 100 works created between 2024 and 2026. The works span acrylic, spray, pastel, prints, and digital media.

The series has been directed by Miraj Hossain. The cast includes Sadia Ayman, Allen Shubhro, Farzana Chobi, and Kamruzzaman Topu, among others. Content creator Rafsan The Choto Bhai also appears in a special role.

Four Bangladeshi documentary film projects have been selected to participate in Cannes Docs 2026, one of the world’s leading platforms for documentary filmmakers, producers, broadcasters, and distributors.

Speaking to The Daily Star, several stars opened up about the immense influence their mothers have had on both their personal and professional journeys.

Bangladeshi-American DJ Sanjoy is among the featured performers and will appear in the United States’ opening ceremony at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on June 12, where the US will face Paraguay. The main stage will also feature global stars such as Katy Perry and BLACKPINK’s Lisa.

The move comes following a positive response from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
