Trains won't stop at Brahmanbaria station until damaged signal system restored
Railway authorities decided not to stop any train at Brahmanbaria Railway Station until the damaged signal system is restored.
Brahmanbaria Railway Station Master Shoyeb Ahmed confirmed the development to our local correspondent.
The decision comes after Qawmi madrassa students yesterday allegedly set fire to many establishments of the district, including the railway station damaging the signal system and other management systems.
"No intercity trains will stop at Brahmanbaria railway station until further notice following yesterday's incident," Shariful Alam, senior information officer of Railway Ministry told The Daily Star.
