2 Hoshi murder suspects held in Rajshahi

Law enforcers arrested two suspects in the killing of Japanese national Hoshi Kunio from Rajshahi city today.
The arrestees were identified as Nahid and Shahriar – employees at a private bank, reports our Rajshahi correspondent.

A joint team of Detective Branch (DB) of Police and Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) from Rangpur carried out the arrests, said Humayun Kabir, Additional Superintendent of Rajshahi PBI.
Hoshi was gunned down in northern district of Rangpur on October 3, five days after the killing of an Italian citizen in Dhaka's diplomatic zone.

Earlier, the law enforcers detained six people and two of them put on remand for interrogation.
