Facebook's case study dissects how a tiny online pure food delivery service harnesses the power of social media with the help of GEEKY Social

Dhaka-based pure food e-commerce 'Khaas Food' and its digital marketing agency GEEKY Social have generated a successful campaign; racking it as a success story in Facebook’s global platform called Facebook Business. In this platform, Facebook publishes credible and verified business success cases achieved using the advanced marketing features and tools created by Facebook. The pure-food e-commerce company created a multi-phase Facebook campaign for the April – September period this year to drive up the sales of its food products by as much as 45%, coming from an increase of 40% in new customers. According to Facebook’s calculations, there was a 42% increase in return on ad spend. The campaigns used products and techniques like the carousel, dynamic adverts, custom audiences, lookalike audiences etc. to achieve such delicious numbers. Khaas Food Co-founder Habibul Mustafa commented, “It (Facebook) has helped us not only reach our target customers with minimal effort but also expedited our business growth. We would also like to sincerely thank GEEKY Social, the knowledge leader in Bangladesh’s digital marketing arena, for their contribution in making this happen.”
