Dilip Kajuri has been promoted to additional managing director (AMD) and Firoze Mohammad to chief executive officer (CEO) positions of Apex Footwear Limited.

The decision was taken at the 282nd Board meeting of the company on April 23. 

Dilip Kajuri, who joined Apex in 2009, previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Managing Director. With over 16 years at the company, he brings deep expertise in financial management and regulatory compliance. His elevation to AMD reflects Apex's focus on strengthening operational efficiency and financial resilience.

Firoze Mohammad, appointed CEO, brings extensive experience in retail, sales, and product management. He joined Apex in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer, where he played a critical role in shaping operational strategies and ensuring sustainable business performance. His promotion comes as Apex looks to build on recent momentum and accelerate its strategic development.
