Kohinoor Chemical Company (BD) Limited declared 60 percent dividends, including a 50 percent cash dividend, for the financial year that ended on June 30, 2024.
The declaration came at the company's 37th annual general meeting (AGM), which was held virtually recently, the company said in a press release.

The shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial statements of the company in the AGM.
Md Rezaul Karim, managing director of the company, Md Ebadul Karim, director, Prof Anwar Hossain and Quazi Mamun-Ul-Asraf, independent directors, Md Kamruzzaman, company secretary, and Mohd Shamim Kabir, chief financial officer, among others, also attended the meeting.
