Babuland opens indoor playground for children on Green Road

Babuland, a playground chain in Bangladesh, has opened a new indoor playground for children in Dhaka's Green Road area.

This is the fifth indoor playground of Babuland that was opened on February 26 to provide more children in Dhaka with a healthy place to play, it said in a press release.

Other playgrounds of Babuland are located in Mirpur 2, Uttara, Badda, and Wari areas of the capital.

"Children's playtime is now limited only to mobile screens due to the lack of playgrounds. The lack of play severely impacts children's mental and physical development. Babuland has been working to bring a solution to this crisis for the last five years," it said.

The indoor playground chain will also open two more new branches in Dhanmondi and Mirpur 12 areas by April this year, it added.
