“Akash Koto Durey” to compete at FIFOG '14

Bangladeshi film “Akash Koto Durey” has made the cut for the 9th International Oriental Film Festival of Geneva 2014 (Festival International du Film Oriental de Genève; FIFOG), set to be held in the Swiss capital from April 4-13. Written by Zulfiquer Russel, directed by Samia Zaman and produced by Impress Telefilm, the film is one of the 100 films from across the world to compete in seven categories in the festival, which focuses on Syrian cinema this year, according to a press release. Bangladeshi media powerhouse Channel i is one of the media partners of the festival.
