36 sued in Bogra
Thirty-six people have been sued on charge of killing local Jubo League leader Golam Hafiz Likhon.
Deceased's wife Hasina Hafiz Hira filed the murder case with Shajahanpur police station on Saturday.
The accused include former official of Jubok Housing Ltd Shahanara Mukti, Rigan Hossain, 24, Shohel Rana, 32, Mahamud Hasan, 30, son of Belayat Hossain of Chawk Lokman area, Asfia Begum, 43, wife of Abul Kalam Azad and Khandakar Sagor Mia, 32, son of Mosharaf Hossian.
Of them, prime accused Rigan is joint convener of Chhatra Dal of Bogra Government Azizul Haque College unit.
On Thursday night, Golam Hafiz Likhon, 40, vice president of Bogra town unit Jubo League, was killed in a clash between two rival groups over the last municipality election.
Later, four people were arrested, said police.
