2 Indian nationals held while trying to enter Bangladesh illegally

India's Border Security Force (BSF) members have apprehended two Indian nationals while they were trying to go to Bangladesh illegally.

The duo was apprehended from the border area of Nadia district in West Bengal yesterday, Indian news agency PTI reports quoting a BSF release today.

The BSF members also seized Rs 7,500, a mobile phone, one Indian SIM card, one Bangladesh SIM card and an Aadhar card from their possessions.

Later, they were handed over to Bhimpur Police Station, the release added.
