Tigers lose warm up match to Australia XI
Bangladesh national cricket team lost their warm up match against Australia XI by five wickets today ahead of the World Cup 2015 that begins in two weeks.
Put to bat first at the Allan Border Field, the Tigers were all out for 231 runs with Mominul Haque as the highest scorer at 52 and Shakib Al Hasan at 42.
The Australia XI side chased down the score within 43.2 overs at relative ease with five wickets in hand.
The Tigers will also play another warm up match against Australia XI the day after tomorrow (Thursday), where Michael Clarke is expected to make appearance.
Bangladesh will debut in the World Cup 2015 with a match against Afghanistan at Canberra.
