Dhaka Wasa MD, 8 others sued over Tk 132cr embezzlement

Nine people, including Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (WASA) Managing Director Taqsem A Khan, were sued today (June 23, 2022) on charge of Tk 132.4 crore embezzlement from the fund of its Karmachari Bahumukhi Samabay Samity Ltd.
