Does JU need another admin building, that too worth Tk 138cr?

The first admin building of Jahangirnagar University was built in the 90s. The second admin building had been opened without its completion in 2016. And despite these two buildings, construction of another administrative building has been ordered at a cost of about Tk 138 crores.
