When may the load shedding end?

Power cuts are affecting the whole country, from households to industries.

Every day, around three to four hours of load shedding occur in Dhaka city alone, while up to 15 hours of load shedding occur in other areas throughout the country.

Power cus were meant to stop within October, but why have public sufferings increased, instead? When will this agony end?
