Sugarcane jaggery 'lali' in Brahmanbaria buffalo mills
A fancy type of sugarcane jaggery locally known as "Lali" is being made in the Bijoynagar Upazila of Brahmanbaria using grinding mills run by buffalos.
It is another delicious addition to the winter pitha-puli list.
A lot of farmers in the Bijoynagar area start making "lali" as soon as winter arrives.
Today's inside Bangladesh is about "lali".
