Yasir Ali makes debut as Tigers elect to bat first

Bangladesh have won the toss and chose to bat first in the first of the two-match Test series at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram today as the Tigers venture into the new cycle of ICC's Test Championship and look to move on from the recent T20I debacle.

Mominul Haque and company are featuring a debutant in Yasir Ali in their line-up while the Babar Azam-led side have a debutant of their own in Abdullah Shafique as the opening batter.
