Tasnia added to Tigresses’ WC squad

The selectors included wicket-keeper batter Nuzhat Tasnia as the second travelling reserve player in the Bangladesh squad for the upcoming ICC Women's Cricket World Cup 2022 in New Zealand, scheduled to be held in March-April.
Earlier, Shanjida Akther Maghla was included as the only travelling reserve player in the side as Tasnia has been added as the precautionary measure keeping the Covid-19 situation in mind.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board had previously announced the 16-member squad, where Jahanara Alam made a comeback to the side.
Nigar Sultana Joty and her troop had already started their training camp on January 29 ahead of their maiden fifty-over World Cup appearance.
