Riyad blessed with second son

Bangladesh T20 skipper Mahmudullah Riyad has been blessed with a son -- his second –- on Monday.

Mahmudullah confirmed the happy news through social media today after being blessed with his second son last night. It was learned from a source close to Mahmudullah's family that both the child and the mother are healthy.

"Alhamdulillah, last night we were blessed with our second baby boy. Please keep him in your prayers," read Mahmudullah's post.

Meanwhile, premier all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan posted a picture of his only daughter Alayna holding a piece of cloth for a newborn baby. The picture captioned, "Big sisterhood", indicating that Shakib could also be expecting a second child.

Shakib is now currently in USA with his family.
