Do not let boredom get better of you: Riyad
Bangladesh T20I skipper Mahmudullah Riyad urged countrymen to not let boredom get the better of them during this period of lockdown through a video on social media today.
The Bangladesh government asked citizens to stay home from March 26 to April 4 to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
Mahmudullah took to social media to ask everyone to stay at home during this period even if they are hit by depression and boredom while staying put.
"As we all are staying at home for a while now, some of us might get depressed and bored that we are having to stay at home for a long period of time. We might get the urge to go outside, to get along with others or to take a walk outside. If anyone gets such a feeling then I would ask them to brush away all such urges," said Mahmudullah.
The all-rounder also went on to request everyone to take necessary precautionary measures before thanking all the medical personnel who are giving their all to fight coronavirus.
