Look Out For - Naqaab

This month, Shakib Khan's film Naqaab is set to be released. The film will be released in Bangladesh under SAFTA contract. Alongside Bangladesh, the film will also be released in Kolkata. Produced by SVF Films, the movie is directed by Rajib and it also stars Kolkata actors Nusrat Jahan and Sayantika. JAAZ Multimedia is bringing the film to Bangladesh. The trailer for this film has already been released. In the trailer, audiences saw Shakib in a whole different light where he has been portrayed as a ghost. Aside from the trailer, a song, titled Tor Hata Chola has also been released from the SVF Film's official YouTube channel. Nusrat Jahan is seen alongside Shakib Khan in the melodious song. The plot of Naqaab is very unique. Shakib Khan reinvented himself for this film. Originally, the film was titled Mask, but later it was changed to Naqaab. This is the first time Shakib Khan is working with SVF Films. In the film, Shakib Khan has amazing powers, where he can talk with and see the souls of the deceased. All of a sudden, he meets a ghost that looks exactly like him, who had committed two murders when he was alive. And, since he looks exactly like the murderer, the police are after him. The actor faces a challenge unlike anything he has faced before. To prove his innocence, he must hand the ghost over to the law enforcement. Shakib Khan said about the film, “People of all ages will like this film. Kids will love this film. I also believe that people will be singing the songs that are in this film for a long time.” Shakib Khan's last film released in Kolkata, Bhaijaan Elo Re did quite well in theatres.
