Robotics Club of BRAC University (ROBU) celebrates the Golden Jubilee of Independence with “JoyJatra’50 Techfest”
The curtains go down for the biggest online techfest of the year, "JoyJatra'50 Techfest powered by ACME, co-powered by Optimax Communications Ltd." hosted by the Robotics Club of BRAC University (ROBU). This event is organized celebrating the technological advancement that the whole country has achieved in its 50 years. The main goal of this event is to provide a platform to the young minds of the country to showcase their technological prowess and creative thinking.
Techmania will have three participation segments, named "Idea Movement"- idea competition, "Code Platoon"- programming contest, and analytical olympiad. Participants from both colleges and universities can participate in the programming contest and analytical olympiad. However, the idea contest is only open for university students.
From a war ravaged country in 1971, Bangladesh has come a long way in improving its technological aspects and this progress has been rapid in recent years. Our motherland has managed to achieve unbelievable feats, starting from the digitalization of the whole country to the accomplishment of reaching space with the Bangabandhu-1 satellite.
