- Muktibahini get engaged in a conflict with around 500 Pakistan soldiers at a place called Dhorapara under Ghatail Police Station from half past four in the morning. A fierce battle takes place for 6 hours between the two forces. 6 Pakistan soldiers including a Major and 3 Razakars are killed in this battle along with many being injured.

- Muktibahini ambush on a strong team of Pakistan soldiers at Mondobhag in Comilla district. 15 Pakistan soldiers are held casualties in this assault. On the other hand, 3 freedom fighters are injured.
